How to install Windows 11 without Microsoft account?

Make sure you have a bootable USB with the Windows 11 setup on it. For that you can use the installation assistant to download the newest version of Windows 11 ISO and make the USB : Windows 11 Installation Assistant

Boot from USB and follow instructions.

Press shift-F10 to open console when asked for Microsoft account.

In console type (and enter) this:

oobe\bypassnro

Wait for it..

Tadaa!!

Windows 11!!
