Cannot type in SearchBar

If you cannot type in the SearchBar and probably cannot press enter to login in login screen.

Do this in admin cmd terminal:

REG ADD HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run /v ctfmon /t REG_SZ /d CTFMON.EXE
