Install Windows 11 Pro 22H2 with offline local account.

How to install Windows 11 PRO version 22H2 with a local account, so you don't need an internet connection or a Microsoft account.

When you are at the point where the installation asks for an internet connection, press shift-F10 to open console.

Then you type in the console:

oobe\bypassnro

Worked for me!

Add administrator account without all the questions.

net localgroup administrators bas /add

Type a password twice (you see no stars)

Als de installatie met de melding komt dat je een internet verbinding nodig hebt druk je op shift-F10 om de console te openen en daarin typ je het volgende:

oobe\bypassnro

Werkt!

Maak administrator account zonder alle vragen.

net localgroup administrators bas /add

Typ een wachtwoord twee keer (je ziet geen sterretjes)
